- Every client of The Vision Bank can see and understand the product. Visibility does not imply eligibility: the properties shown and the financing available are determined by eligibility rules, suitability and jurisdiction.
- How much capital do I need to contribute?
- Clients typically contribute approximately 20–30% of the acquisition value, depending on the property, the country and their eligibility.
- Who manages the property?
- The Vision Bank coordinates property management, including tenant administration, rent collection, maintenance and occupancy monitoring.
- How is rental income paid?
- Rental income is distributed into your account at The Vision Bank. Each distribution shows the gross rent, property expenses and The Vision Bank management share.
- Are the figures on this website binding?
- No. All figures shown publicly are illustrative. Actual terms depend on eligibility, the property, the jurisdiction, due diligence and final approval.
- What if I am not currently eligible?
- You can request an eligibility review from your account at The Vision Bank, and your relationship team will assess your profile.
