Regulatory status

The Vision Corporation Holdings Ltd is a UK-registered company. It does not directly hold an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licence, a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration, or equivalent prudential authorisations.

The Vision Bank acts as an agent and distributor under regulated partners. All regulated financial and crypto-asset services offered through the platform are delivered by licensed partner institutions that hold the relevant permissions in each applicable jurisdiction.

Customers should review the availability, terms, and any restrictions applicable to their country before opening an account or using the platform. Where we describe products such as accounts, cards, custody, exchange, lending, or earn, this description explains functionality — it does not itself constitute a regulatory classification or an offer of a regulated product by The Vision Corporation Holdings Ltd.

Licensing and permissions

The Vision Bank does not represent that all products available on the platform are regulated banking products, nor that they are covered by deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation schemes unless clearly stated in the relevant product terms.

Where an activity constitutes a regulated activity in a given jurisdiction, that activity is offered only where one of our licensed partner institutions holds the appropriate permissions. The Vision Corporation Holdings Ltd does not itself hold an EMI licence, VASP registration, or equivalent prudential authorisation. This may involve authorisations for payment services, e-money issuance, custody of client assets, exchange services, lending, or virtual-asset service provision, depending on the product and country.

Product availability, applicable licences, and the identity of the regulated provider may vary between jurisdictions and may change over time. Customers are responsible for confirming that a service is available and permitted in their country of residence before use.

  • Not all products are regulated banking products.
  • The Vision Corporation Holdings Ltd does not directly hold an EMI or VASP licence.
  • Regulated activities are offered through licensed partner institutions.
  • Product availability depends on jurisdiction and applicable law.
  • The regulated provider for a given service is identified in the relevant product terms.

05

Service providers and partners

The Vision Bank delivers its services through a combination of in-house capability and specialised third-party providers. Certain regulated or infrastructure-heavy functions are provided by external firms selected on the basis of security, compliance, operational resilience, and jurisdictional coverage.

Third-party providers are subject to due diligence, contractual controls, and ongoing oversight consistent with our third-party risk-management approach. Where a regulated activity is performed by a partner, that partner is responsible for the regulated activity itself; The Vision Bank remains responsible for its own obligations to the customer.

  • Banking and payments partners for fiat accounts, settlement, and card issuance
  • Payment processors and acquirers for card and payment-network access
  • Custody and safekeeping providers for digital and traditional assets
  • Blockchain infrastructure providers for nodes, indexing, and analytics
  • Identity-verification, KYC, and screening providers
  • Cloud, hosting, security, and monitoring providers

Jurisdiction availability

The Vision Bank's services are not available in every country. Access to specific products, currencies, or asset classes may be restricted, limited, or unavailable depending on the customer's country of residence, nationality, or place of activity.

Restrictions may result from local financial-services regulation, sanctions and export-control regimes, licensing limitations, tax obligations, or our own risk appetite. Availability may also change over time as regulation, licences, and operational capability evolve.

We may refuse to open an account, decline transactions, restrict product access, or close an account where required by applicable law, sanctions, or internal policy. Customers must not use the platform in a manner that circumvents these restrictions.

  • Local regulatory and licensing requirements
  • International sanctions and export-control obligations
  • AML, CTF, and financial-crime risk considerations
  • Tax reporting and information-exchange obligations
  • Operational, technology, and market-access limitations

07

Complaints and disputes

We take complaints seriously and use them as an important source of information about how our services are performing. Customers may submit a complaint through their in-app support channel or by writing to our complaints team.

Complaints are acknowledged, investigated, and responded to in line with applicable regulatory expectations and internal procedures. Where a complaint concerns a service provided through a regulated partner, we work with that partner to resolve the matter and, where relevant, will direct the customer to the partner's own complaints process or applicable ombudsman.

Nothing in these documents restricts a customer's statutory rights, including rights to escalate a complaint to a competent regulator or dispute-resolution body where such rights exist under local law.
