Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your relationship with The Vision Bank Ltd (the "Bank", "we", "our"), registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16767315), authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (License Ref. 487395). By opening or using an account you agree to be bound by them.

1. Eligibility

Accounts are available to individuals aged 18+ and to legal entities that pass our onboarding, KYC, and sanctions checks. We may refuse, suspend, or close any account at our discretion where eligibility cannot be verified or maintained.

2. Services

We provide multi-currency fiat and digital-asset accounts, exchange, custody, lending, earn, and card services as enabled in your account dashboard. Specific services may be added, modified, or withdrawn from time to time, including for regulatory reasons.

3. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, devices, two-factor authenticators, and recovery information. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We will never ask you for full passwords, seed phrases, or one-time codes.

4. Fees

Applicable fees, spreads, minimums, and limits are published in-app and at /fees. Fees may change with reasonable notice. Network fees for on-chain transfers are passed through at cost.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits below applicable net-of-fee minimums may be credited at the disclosed threshold or returned. Withdrawals are subject to compliance review, balance verification, and per-asset network rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Bank for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, mixing services, darknet activity, or to interact with addresses flagged by our KYT engine.

7. Suspension and termination

We may freeze, restrict, or close your account where required by law, by court or regulatory order, where we suspect fraud or breach of these terms, or where compliance reviews cannot be completed.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct losses caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for losses caused by market movements, network outages, force majeure, or third-party providers.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a shorter period is required by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
