About the role
You will be the trusted point of contact for private clients, understanding their needs and coordinating the bank around them.
What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of private banking clients
- Advise clients on accounts, cards, FX, lending and digital assets
- Coordinate onboarding with compliance and operations
- Represent The Vision Bank at client and industry events
What we are looking for
- 7+ years in private banking, wealth management or premium relationship management
- A track record of retaining and growing high-value relationships
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Impeccable discretion and judgement
Nice to have
- A second language (French, Arabic, Portuguese or German)
- Experience with digital assets as a client-facing topic

- Hybrid: three days per week in the Dubai office, two days flexible.
