- Do I need an account to swap?
- No. The public swap at /swap produces a quote and a deposit address without registration. An account adds instant conversion from existing balances, saved history and higher limits.
- How long is a quote valid?
- A quote is locked when you continue and holds for the life of that order. If a deposit arrives after the window has closed, the order is re-quoted transparently instead of being filled at an undisclosed rate.
- What does a conversion cost?
- Each quote itemises the conversion fee and any network fee before you confirm, and the complete schedule is on the fees page. No additional spread is applied once a quote is locked.
- Which pairs are supported?
- EUR, USD, GBP and CHF against Bitcoin, Ethereum, major stablecoins and tokenised gold, plus crypto-to-crypto routes across supported EVM assets. Assets without adequate liquidity are removed or flagged rather than quoted thinly.
